Dollar Store

I went into a dollar store looking to buy a glue stick for a project I have been doing lately. I saw a woman with a shopping cart full of food paying for it at the cash register. I have always seen the food at the dollar store, and have always been advised against food at the dollar store for obvious reasons. I should have realized that, in fact, there are people who depend on such low-priced food, no matter its origins.

I wonder what it must be like to live such a life. I myself can only imagine. This lady at the dollar store, with her 50 cent bag of chips and 2-for-1 can of beans, made me quite happyindeed.
